Building use should be scheduled on the church calendar. Ward organizations have the following times reserved:

• Sundays: The church is in use for Sunday worship meetings from 8am - 5pm. Firesides or other sabbath-appropriate meetings may be scheduled on the church calendar after that time. Generally, no rooms are available for presidency meetings or other meetings between 9:30 am and 3:30 pm.
• Mondays: No church activities at the building
• Tuesdays: Providence Point and Juniper Crest Wards have the building for primary and youth activities afternoons and evenings until 9pm
• Wednesdays: Alpine View has the building for primary activities in the afternoon until 7:00 pm. From 7:00 - 9:00 pm we have the building for youth activities. To claim a particular room at the building, adult leaders post their request on the Alpine View Youth Leaders GroupMe chat.
• Thursdays - Saturdays: The building may be scheduled for other church activities such as Relief Society activities using the church calendar
